I was shown "the model apartment". Well when I went to move in the apartment, it was nothing like what they showed me. This apt has holes in the kitchen ceiling, blinds where white and some dengie looking. the kitchen drawer is missing and disjared. This apt was just awful. Prior to me moving in, I asked the apartment rep to let me see the actual apartment that i would be moving into. On 3 occasions I've asked and I never got to see it. I was so disappointed when I moved in. I want to move out but they will not garantee me a refund. I have been in this apt for 30 day now and they know that I am not happy about this apt. The manager promised me a new kitchen in a week, well the kitchen stuff is in the apt but its been on my kitchen floor for 3 days now. They have yet to put up the cabinets. Am I entitle to my refund of the rent and move out? Please help. Thank you. PS. The rep verblally to me that she will speak with her manager and they will give me a refund.
